Working past an accepted offer
Our support does not diminish once you have an accepted offer, it is when we stand up above the rest. Our continues through any inspection, the subject removal, completion and possession dates, and as you move and settle into your new home. We make sure you have all the information you need for subject removal by recommending a reputable home inspector, reading any legal or strata documents, and asking the right questions so you feel comfortable removing subjects if it makes sense.
As you move on from subject removal towards moving day, we have packing companies that can deliver you moving supplies and a list of names of reputable moving companies. We’ll send you a checklist of to-do’s to ensure a smooth transition from your current home to your new one. We will also follow up with you during the limbo period, recommend a lawyer or notary to complete your conveyancing if necessary, and ensure you have everything you need prior to the Completion and Possession dates. After you have moved in, we will check in to ensure you are enjoying your new home and support you with any issues you may have. We don’t just disappear! We are here for you and offer our support and knowledge all the way through the process from start to finish.
